A TEENAGER who drove a car whilst using a mobile phone has been fined.
Paige Louise Tedder, 18, of Goldcrest Way, Four Marks, near Alresford, denied the offences committed in Basingstoke on August 3.
But Tedder was convicted after a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
She was ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £60 costs. Six penalty points were added to her licence.
