Winchester man convicted for a phone call
IT only took him a few seconds but it has cost a Winchester man 80 hours of his free time.
Michael Edward William Eames, 24, of Hyde Gate, needlessly contacted the emergency services on February 23 when banned by a restraining order.
Eames admitted the offences and was ordered to do 80 hours unpaid work as well as pay an £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
