Man ordered to pay compensation to two men he targeted
WINCHESTER man Tyler Bindon has been ordered to pay compensation to two men he targeted.
Bindon, 24, of Christchurch Road, pleaded guilty to attacking Ryan Trench on November 10 and threatening behaviour against Joshuah Kenway in Abbey Gardens on November 3.
For each incident he was fined £35 and told to pay £50 compensation by magistrates in Basingstoke.
There was no order for further costs because of a lack of means.
