A WOMAN has narrowly avoided a jail term for repeatedly flouting a court order not to enter a Winchester department store.
Michelle Louise Humble, 33, admitted six breaches of a criminal behaviour order by entering M&S on the High Street, on November 12, November 13, November 22, November 26, December 5 and January 14.
Humble, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, also pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Abbey Gardens on November 12.
On the same day she admitted assaulting PCSO Neil Parker and drinking alcohol in a public place when banned by a CBO.
Humble admitted drinking from an open container of alcohol on December 28.
She admitted stealing a bottle of gin, valued at £10, from M&S on January 14
Magistrates jailed her for 12 months suspended for 12 months. she was also told to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
