A MAN has been charged with drink driving after a car crashed into a bus shelter in Southampton.
Joshua Olafur David Lindsay, of Deerleap Lane, Longdown, was charged with drink driving after a crash between a Hyundai Tucson and a Volkswagen Jetta on January 16.
As previously reported, the incident happened at the junction of High Street and Gloucester Square at around 8.30pm.
A spokesman for Hampshire police has now confirmed that the Volkswagen driver was subsequently arrested and charged.
The 28-year-old is expected to appear before Southampton Magistrates’ Court on February 21.
