AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:
ALEX MARCHANT, 21, of Betteridge Drive, Rownhams. Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police constable and driving without insurance. Banned from driving for four months, fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
ADAM BARANOWSKI, 41, of Gladstone Road, Bournemouth. Found guilty of drink-driving in Southampton and pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Licence endorsed with ten penalty points, fined £475, and ordered to pay £400 costs and a £37 victim surcharge.
MICHAEL JOHN LANGLEY, 30, of Gosport Road, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to threatening to smash a body-worn camera and possession of cannabis. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £30 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
CALLUM MCCORMICK, 20, of Hollydene Villas, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
STEPHEN CAILES MEIKLE, 32, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and using violence to enter a premises. Given a community order including 50 hours of unpaid work, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER VAILES, 33, of Hurn Way, Christchurch. Pleaded guilty to harassment and failing to appear at court. Given a community order including 80 hours of unpaid work, a restraining order, fined £200, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER LESLIE JENNER, 34, of Oyster Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton. Given a community order, a restraining order, fined £50, and ordered to pay £310 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN JENNINGS, 27, of Hawkley Green, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, and assault. Given a community order, fined £40, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
DAYLE JACK KEITH RANNOCHAN, 24, of Tunstall Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Given a community order, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
