Bistro Bach, on Mostyn Avenue, was forced to close on Tuesday after thieves broke in through a door at around 11.30pm/midnight on Monday night.

Cafe business partner Bobby Sirrah, speaking to the Pioneer following the incident, said it was disappointing to have to close for the day but were hoping to only be closed Tuesday.

"The police said the intruders can't have been in the store for any more than a minute.

"They smashed the door in, grabbed the booze and ran off.

"I collect valuable 50p coins, and they were right next to the booze, but they left them. They event knocked them over, buit didn't take them.

"We phoned all our bookings (on Tuesday) and had to tell them we were closed. Someone even had a a birthday booked."

North Wales Police have been contacted and said they are searching for anyone with information to come forward.
