A Conwy man has completed a 100 mile run from Lea, near Preston, in the memory of his late friend.
Former Ysgol Aberconwy student, Adam Fryer, crossed the finish line in Conwy at about 1pm having originally set off on the 100 miles run at 9am yesterday.
Mr Fryer, who is also a diver, ran from Lea to Conwy in just over 24 hours all to raise money for charity Mind following the death of his friend, Llandudno Junction man Kev Lea.

He has already raised more than £6000 towards the charity.
He said the message he wanted to get across through this run is that it is ok to not be ok.

Mr Fryer said: "It’s ok not to be ok. Anyone of us, everyone of us, all of us. Let's all make this aware there is nothing wrong with having a bad day, or having a bad month, or feeling that your not ok.
"Whatever it is, whoever it is, speak out because it’s ok to not be ok.
"We all come together recently to say goodbye to a top top lad, Kev Lea, who fooled us all that you can hide anything behind a cracking smile like his.
"Lets raise awareness to speak out. In memory of Kev and if it helps even just one person then this will be worth it."
