WINCHESTER man Michael Geoffrey Butcher has been caught with a small amount of crack cocaine.
Butcher, 36, of Taplings Road, Weeke, admitted at Basingstoke Magistrates Court possessing the drug on September 24.
The court was told the crack cocaine,a class A drug, weighed 0.2grams.
He was fined £400 with a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
