Two lanes blocked after crash at M3
TWO lanes of a Hampshire motorway are blocked this morning after a crash.
The collision took place on the M3 near Winchester.
Two lanes are blocked northbound at junction 11 for Winchester.
Drivers are being warned of heavy delays heading back towards junction 12 for Otterbourne.
