A DRUNK driver caught in Winchester city centre has been banned from the road for 18 months.
Slavcho Petrov, 32, was stopped on Jewry Street by police on July14.
His alcohol reading was 190 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when the legal limit is 80.
Petrov, of Spencer Road, Walthamstow, east London, was in court to admit the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £450 with a £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
