DRIVERS have been facing traffic chaos on two major motorways this morning.
Traffic has been halted on the M3 this morning due to debris on the road - causing long tailbacks on the M27.
Drivers on the M3 northbound near Eastleigh are currently waiting for the debris to be cleared.
One lane has now reopened, but two lanes remains closed.
Traffic bosses are warning of an hour long delay - with tailbacks building as far as on the M27 westbound before the M3 junction.
