TWO men have appeared in court after a mass brawl sparked outside a Southampton pub.

Charlie John Attrill, 24, from Lockerley Crescent, Southampton, and Stuart Michael House, 29, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton are both charged with violent disorder.

Mr Attrill is also alleged to have been in possession of a controlled drug of class A, and threatening a person with a blade/sharply pointed article in a public place.

Mr House is also charged with possessing a knife/sharp pointed article in a public place.

It comes after a woman was left with life-changing injuries during a fight which happened at The Ice House, on Warren Avenue, Coxford, on Saturday night.

Southampton Magistrates' Court heard that the 30-year-old victim required four-hours worth of reconstructive surgery to her face due to an eye injury she sustained in the fight.
