Prison for theft
A WINCHESTER man has been jailed for 14 days for stealing from women.
Carl Philip Coles, 44, of no fixed abode, admitted taking a sat nav and a pair of polo glasses from Emma Hands on August 4.
At Basingstoke Magistrates Court Coles also admitted theft of a bag containing four coats, Superdry sunglasses and CDs valued at £300 from Reasha Compton on the same day.
Magistrates said he had shown a flagrant disregard for court orders and ordered he pay a £115 victim surcharge.
