OLIVER Jordan has been disqualified for drink driving and also placed under curfew.

Jordan, 21, of Union Lane, Droxford, was caught by officers in Cut Throat Lane, Droxford, on June 29, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.

His alcohol reading was 100 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly three times the legal limit.

He was banned from the road for 23 months. The ban will be cut by 23 weeks if he passes an approved course by November 7 2019.

The 9pm-6am curfew for his home in Union Lane, with electronic monitoring, will last for 43 days until August 28.

Jordan was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
