ANTHONY Walters has been fined for misusing the phone network and for criminal damage at the Winchester army base.
Anthony Walters, 53, admitted using the phone to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. He was fined £230.
He also pleaded guilty to damaging the barrier at Sir John Moore Barracks in Littleton and was fined £100 with a £30 victim surcharge by magistrates in Basingstoke.
An allegation was withdrawn that Walters, of Alison Way, Oram's Arbour, Winchester, breached a criminal behaviour order by making numerous calls to the emergency services on September 12.
