EMERGENCY services have rushed to reports of a man suffering a suspected stroke while on scaffolding.
Ambulance crews, as well as three fire engines from Eastleigh, Redbridge and Winchester fire stations rushed to the scene in Edington Road, Winchester at 9.11am this morning.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews are assisting the ambulance service into gaining entry to a male casualty on first-floor scaffolding.
“It looks like he is suspected of having a stroke.”
