A NEW play area in Badger Farm has been completed.
The refurbished space on the central play area near Broad Chalke Down was officially opened in a ribbon cutting ceremony by Steve Brine MP.
The finished facility completes the replacement of play areas in the parish at the cost of £120,000.
Steve Brine MP said: “It was a pleasure to officially cut the ribbon at this high quality new play area.
“Big congratulations must go to John Godbold and his team at the parish council for making it happen and making a difference in their community. My daughter was with me for the event and she gave the zip wire a very thorough test.”
