The Inner Wheel Club of Winchester has a new President.
Diana Robbins has taken over the role from Carole Steel, who raised several hundred pounds for a number of charities during her Presidential year.
This will be the second time Diana has been President of the Winchester Club but at her previous Club in Alton, she was also President three times.
Inner Wheel is one the largest women's voluntary 'service' organisations operating throughout the world, founded in 1924.
Several fundraising events are planned for her year, together with many interesting speakers. One of her chosen charities is Limbcare, a charity to help and care for non-service personnel and child amputees.
