CHANDLER'S Ford man Jean-Yves Delfosse has been disqualified for drink driving.

Delfosse, 44, of Ribble Close, was caught on May 15 in a Renault Laguna in the car park of the Everyman cinema on Southgate Street, a court heard.

His alcohol reading was 107 per 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35, meaning he was nearly three times the limit.

He admitted driving with excess alcohol.

Magistrates in Basingstoke banned him from the road for 25 months, imposed a community order for 14 sessions of drink impaired drivers programme, fined him £250, with an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
