Lib Dem leader Lucille Thompson
WINCHESTER Liberal Democrat leader Lucille Thompson has complained about the response of city council officers to emails from councillors.
Cllr Thompson told full Council: "It is taking a while for the officers to respond, sometimes not even getting an acknowledgement.
"I think that is pretty shabby and something I will be taking up with the new chief executive."
