MOTORISTS are facing delays on a Hampshire motorway after two separate crashes.
One lane of the M3 northbound was closed shortly before junction nine near Winchester after the crash, which happened at about 2pm.
It has since reopened but delays remain for traffic heading in both directions.
And another crash has blocked the outside lane of the northbound carriageway at junction 11.
Emergency services are reportedly at the scene and traffic is being reported as far south as Otterbourne.
Drivers are advised to check traffic conditions before driving.
