A MAJOR Italian restaurant chain has said it may still come to Winchester, despite pulling out of running for a soon-to-be vacant unit.
It was reported that Carluccio's had decided not to take on the Toni and Guy salon on St George's Street.
However, a spokesperson said: "We are looking at potential sites in Winchester, however we do not have any one site in mind at this point.”
Toni and Guy hairdressers, on St George’s Street for the 20 years, move into a new premises on Southgate Street on April 2.
