EX-Million Dead frontman Frank Turner releases his EP The Real Damage on Monday May 7.
The record will be released through Xtra Mile Recordings and is a funny, real-life tale documenting the perils and pit-falls of those all too familiar wasted weekends with friends.
The Real Damage will be available as an EP accompanied by previously unreleased tracks including Sea Legs, Back To Sleep and Sunshine State, taken from the album recording sessions.
Frank is originally from Winchester and spoke to Amplified in February about his debut solo album Sleep Is For The Week.
The Real Damage is the opening track from the album, which was recorded in a home studio in Oxford with Dive Dive's Ben Lloyd. It captures the last 18 months of Frank's life with honesty and heart felt detail.
Forthcoming gigs from Frank include Camden Crawl O Bar in London on Friday April 20, London Bush Hall on Wednesday May 2nd and Oxford Zodiac on Saturday May 12.
