A WINCHESTER man who stole fuel from forecourts across Hampshire has been ordered to pay back every penny.
Michael Martin, 33, of Hornbeam Close, South Wonston, admitted nine counts of stealing fuel from Shell and BP at stations in Southampton, Winchester and Portchester between August 2013 and last February.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £265 with a £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
They also told him to pay £139.15 in compensation.
