THE chance to quiz Winchester’s planning supremo about the Local Plan is being offered on November 11.
Steve Opacic, head of strategic planning at the city council, will answer questions as to how the district will develop until 2031.
WinACC and the City of Winchester Trust have organised the meeting ‘Shaping our future: The Local Plan for Winchester District’ at the United Church in Jewry Street.
It starts at 7.30pm, with refreshments from 7.15pm. The meeting is free, all welcome.
