PUPILS at a Chandler’s Ford primary school have taken to YouTube to tackle bullying.
Children at Hiltingbury Junior School have launched a campaign urging their peers to ‘THINK’ whether their words are true, helpful, inspiring, necessary and kind before they talk or send text messages.
Their anti-bullying film, featuring pupils and staff dancing to Aretha Franklin’s Think, has racked up almost 1,000 views on YouTube in the last few days. Pupils have also spread the word with free bookmarks and a special assembly.
The school has plans for more initiatives during national anti-bullying week in November.
