A NEW niche estate agent has been launched in Winchester.
Positioning itself at the premium end of the property market, Chewton Rose, based in Southgate Street, will focus on 'British character properties' at the higher end of the market across Hampshire, Dorset and the Wiltshire borders.
The branch is headed by Adrian Geary. He said: “We are delighted to be launching Chewton Rose in Winchester. We believe our focus on selling quintessentially British quality and character properties will prove extremely attractive to the needs of both discerning buyers and sellers at the top end of the market in Hampshire and Dorset.”
Chewton Rose, which is headquartered on London's Pall Mall, has a network of branches selling homes in London, South East England, South West England, East Anglia, Midlands and South Wales.
