LINCOLN Anne Hilary (née Owen) Passed away on the 24th of October after a short illness, aged 59. Incredible daughter to Margaret, a devoted loving mother to Hannah and Benjamin and a kind friend to many. She will be sincerely missed. Her funeral service will take place at 2pm on Thursday the 16th of November at Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey.
