The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour will celebrate its 10th year at Venue Cymru in April.

Follow the expeditions of some of today's most incredible adventurers, see amazing footage of adrenaline packed action sports and be inspired by thought-provoking pieces shot from the far flung corners of the globe.

The tour features two different collections of brand-new films, starring pioneers and explorers tackling extraordinary expeditions in the far reaches of the globe.

Films in the World Tour are selected from hundreds entered into the Banff Mountain Film Festival, which takes place for every November in Canada’s Rocky Mountains.

Film highlights from this year's tour include 'This Mountain Life', which sees Martina and her 60-year-old mother Tania embark on an epic ski traverse from Vancouver to Alaska, a mesmerising blend of mountain sports and culture as Rajesh 'RJ' Magar explores his homeland of Nepal in 'RJ Ripper' and the story of 97-year-old runner George Etzweiler in 'For the Love of Mary'.
