HAILING from Hampshire's idyllic village of Wickham emerging singer-songwriter DiElle is at Hanger Farm Arts Centre in Totton on November 16.

The show comes as she completes a successful year with her brand new single 'Fearless' .

The singer has a knack for hard hitting, brutally honest lyrics, an ear for a soaring melody and a voice that could bring a tear to the eye of even the most stone hearted souls.

DiElle had a strong interest in music from a young age. Both her parents were musical, creative people and their family home was always brimming with excellent music. Her Dad thrusting a guitar into her hands at the age of three, and her Mum’s love of Joni Mitchell, Carol King and Paul Simon records had a significant impact on her creativity, inspiring from a young age songs, stories and poems, including one tear jerking poetic rabbit eulogy.

Crossing paths with Chris Wood and John Gleadall has led to a melting pot of creativity, an acoustic trio celebrating the art of song and harmony. “The band clearly bond together well in terms of their music and personalities” said Chris Rogers, Drive Time, Flash Radio. The three friends perform acoustic arrangements of classic songs through the ages, and original tunes. John and Chris are both veterans of the music scene.

Entertaining storyteller John, singer and guitarist in The Crooners for over 25 years, songwriter in his own right and formidable musician, is currently composing music for original theatre as well as many other projects. Cool and laid back bass playing Essex boy Chris Wood, son of acclaimed jazz trumpeter the late Vic Wood, brings his years of experience playing with and recording for artists ranging from Billy Ocean to Oddysey.

DiElle said: “We just love music. We love good songs, close harmony singing and playing together as often as we can.”

The trio are touring their live show ‘Acoustic Together’.
