Crawley residents Matthew and Sacha Sharman are allowed to demolish their garage at Kingswell House, Peach Hill Lane, and replace it with a double garage/games room.

Officers have allowed Allen Prebble in Curdridge to reconfigure the access to Bridge House, Botley Road.

Ian and Storm Riggs of Harmsworth Farm in the village can construct a pergola in their rear garden.

Seb and Miranda Austin, also in Botley Road, Curdridge, can erect a single storey rear extension at Curdridge House.

Over in Denmead, a temporary home for a worker at Little Oaks, Bent Lane can remain, whilst Lesley Herries can erect a single storey rear extension at 7 Martin Avenue.

Not far away in Soberton, Elizabeth Killick can build a garage and garden room at Little Cottage, Selworth Lane.

Swanmore resident Ian Simpson can enlarge the first floor of his Hill Pound bungalow, and erect a new double garage.

Along the road in Upham, Mr and Mrs Gent will erect a two storey side extension at North Lodge, Winchester Road.
