WINCHESTER City Council planning officers have once again been busy deciding on applications.

Just one was refused, whilst another was withdrawn – and the rest were approved.

Mr and Mrs Patel at 140 St Cross Road, Winchester, have been denied permission to build a glazed extension.

At 19 Grange Road in Alresford, Mr and Mrs Parish have withdrawn their plan for a partial second storey extensions.

In Bishop’s Waltham, Mr and Mrs Pynigar can now extend their existing garage at 23 Malvern Close.

Compton and Shawford residents Mr and Mrs Lovell can erect a single story extension to include an annex and garage at Bramley House, Field Way.

Down in Denmead, Mr and Mrs Reade have permission to build a two-storey side extension at 14 St Georges Road.

In the same village Mr and Mrs Wheeler can extend 24 Hilda Gardens.

Becky Willmouth has permission to extend 23 Church Close and enclose the front door canopy with a storm porch.

A stone’s throw away, Rowena James can erect a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension at 8 Princess Court.

In Littleton and Harestock, Tim Bateson can build a single storey rear extension at 13 Priors Dean Road.

Micheldever Station resident Gavin White has permission for a second floor extension with detached office and store at Amadeus, Overton Road.

Alex and Danni Bottomley can extend to the rear of Maylings, Bull Lane, Waltham Chase.

In Soberton, Sophie Bailey has permission for a temporary equestrian worker’s dwelling for three years. This is at Tricklebank Stud, Lodge Hill.

Over in Swanmore Mr Keen can erect a single storey extension to the rear of 7 Glendale. Mr Rosenthal and Miss James can build a single storey rear extension at 5 Gibson Close.

In the city centre, John Thornton has permission for a single storey extension at the rear of Devon House, 24A West End Terrace.

Georgina Hall can site a garden shed at Bolton Lodge, Flat B, 102 Christchurch Road.

Mike Slim can extend the existing patio at 1 Shenton Gardens, Stoney Lane, Weeke.

Mr and Mrs Bennie can put a side extension over the garage at Court Cottage, 10 Archery Lane.

69A Christchurch Road could soon be extended after Mr and Mrs Beecheno were granted planning permission.
