The introduction of its special works division in June has added £1 million to the turnover of Fareham based Amiri Construction.

Mark Vincent, director at Amiri says that the board is delighted with the initial performance of the new team headed by Gary Lovell.

“The Special Works team has managed projects including the £900k reheating project for Noadswood School in Dibden Purlieu, Southampton, a £100k refurbishment project at the private residence of a repeat client in West Sussex and has recently begun work on the £1.8m phased refurbishment of a care home in Alton Hampshire, thanks to a focused approach whilst drawing from the skilled team from our main construction arm,” said Mark.

A further £4.3 million has also been generated by the Interiors Division which started June 2017 and has since been consistently busy with commercial, education and leisure related projects.

Founded in 2005, Amiri Construction, which has an annual turnover of £40 million employs a team of 43.
