PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Eastleigh Borough Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 16th February 2018. Applicant: Hillcrest Wines Limited. Address of premises: Black Chalk Wines, Room 38, Unit 3 Waterloo Industrial Estate, Flanders Road, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2QT. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales -Monday to Friday 07.30 to 17.00 hours; Alcohol Sales - Saturday & Sunday 09.00 to 16.00 hours. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 15th March 2018.
