Notice is hereby given that Fuller, Smith & Turner Pic has applied to Winchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Saint George's Tea Rooms, 72 Kingsgate Street, Winchester, S023 9PE.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: I. Sale of alcohol (on only) 10.00 - 21.00 seven days a week. 2. Opening hours 08.00 - 21.00 seven days a week. 3. Sale of alcohol to 23.00 on a maximum of 12 occasions per year. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department,Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, S023 9LJ no later than 15th February 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Winchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.winchestergov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
