Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited has applied to Winchester City Council in respect of Premises to be known as Ivy Collection, 103-104 High Street,Winchester, S023 9AH for the grant of a Premises Licence.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Provision of regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music: 08:00 hours - 00:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 hours - 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday;
2. The supply of alcohol: 10:00 hours - 00:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 hours - 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday;
3. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 hours - 00:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 hours - 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday; 4. Opening Hours: 08:00 hours - 00:30 hours Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 hours - 01:30 hours Friday and Saturday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, S023 9LJ no later than 8th February 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Winchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.winchester.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
