PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 31st May 2017. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Limited. Address of premises: Shell Swaythling, Thomas Lewis Way, Swaythling, Southampton, S017 3ED. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises and the Provision of Late Night Refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day Alcohol Sales: 00.00-24.00 Hours Late Night Refreshment 23.00 - 05.00 Hours The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the applica­tion may be inspected is: The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY. Any person wishing to make rep­resentations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 28th June 2017. Further information is available by visiting the web site www.southampton.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connec­tion with an application and the maximum fine on summary con­viction of such an offence is £5000.
