The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts

12/01525/FULLN – Demolition of an existing block of flats, and redevelopment of the site to a 25 unit scheme of 3 and 2-bed houses and 2 and 1-bed flats, with associated car parking and landscaping - St Anns House, Suffolk Road, Andover

12/01489/FULLN & 12/01490/LBWN - Demolition of double garage, workshop and store, erection of single garage, garden room, gates and driveway and retain boundary fence - Old Farm House, Abbotts Ann Road, Monxton

12/01524/FULLN - Erection of conservatory to the side - Vine Cottage, Chapel Lane, Grateley 12/01482/FULLN - Removal of hedgerow and installation of permeable paving to create one additional car parking space to the front of Stockbridge Fire Station - Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service, Fire Station, High Street, Stockbridge

12/01549/FULLN - Replacement of hipped roof with gable roof, incorporating flat roof dormer to rear and three dormers to the front, to provide additional living accommodation - Springfield Upper Clatford

12/01558/FULLN - Erection of apple store / equipment store for orchard / paddock - Land Adjacent Little Bec, Amport

The applications, plans and other documents submitted with an application are available for public inspection at Reception, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, during normal office hours. Applications may also be viewed on the Council’s website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying. In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
