TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2021 (BARNES CRAY ROAD AND MAIDEN LANE, CRAYFORD) -NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable repair and maintenance works in the footway on Barnes Cray Road and Maiden Lane, Crayford, by Triconnex Ltd on behalf of Gas Replacement Co. Ltd they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of.



(a) Waiting restriction



(b) Loading prohibition



Opposite No. 3 Maiden Lane and at the side of No. 2 Barnes Cray Road also opposite No 2 to No 8 Barnes Cray Road, Crayford

2. The Order will come into effect on 26th July 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative route will be required.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2021 (PEARESWOOD ROAD AND THE NURSERY, ERITH) - NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14( I) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable a new water connection in the carriageway and footway outside and opposite 2 Peareswood Road at the junction with The Nursery, Erith by Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:



(a) Waiting restriction



(b) Loading prohibition



Outside 5 to 27 Newbury Road, 31 to 21 Peareswood Road (on both sides of the road) and 21 to 41 The Nursery, Erith

2. The Order will come into effect on 26th July 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative route will be required.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14( I) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable carriageway resurfacing on Steynton Avenue from the junction with Valentine Avenue to the junction with Deniston Avenue, Bexley byJB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:



(a) Prohibition of traffic - on Steynton Avenue, Bexley from the junction with Valentine Avenue to Deniston Avenue, Bexley.



(b) Waiting restriction - on Steynton Avenue, Bexley from the junction with Valentine Avenue to Deniston Avenue, Bexley.



(c) Loading prohibition - on Steynton Avenue, Bexley from the junction with Valentine Avenue to Deniston Avenue, Bexley.



(d) Suspension of Yellow (parking suspension) - on Steynton Avenue, Bexley from the junction with Valentine Avenue to Deniston Avenue, Bexley.



2. The Order will come into effect on 25th July 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.



3. Whilst the works are in progress an alternative route will be provided via: Southbound Diversion: Carisbrooke Avenue, Hurst Road, Valentine Avenue, and reverse Northbound Diversion: Deniston Avenue, Carisbrooke Avenue, Hurst Road, Valentine Avenue.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.



5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(a) Prohibition of traffic on Old Road from the junction with Martens Avenue to the junction with Lea Vale, Crayford



(b) Waiting restriction on Old Road from the junction with Martens Avenue to the junction with Lea Vale, Crayford



(c) Loading prohibition on Old Road from the junction with Martens Avenue to the junction with Lea Vale, Crayford

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
