NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following applications are proposals for planning consideration, within the South Downs National Park, for the reasons indicated by the relevant abbreviations: Affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area (CA); Conservation Area (Demolition) Consent (CAC); Does Not Accord with the Provisions of the Development Plan (DP); Environmental Assessment (EA); Listed Building Consent (LB); Involves a Listed Building (ILB); Listed Building within Conservation Area (LC); Major Development (MD); Affects a Public Right of Way (RW)

The applicant wishes to permanent remove this condition from Newlyns Farm and is offering to switch the occupancy condition to 2 Big Path Cottages.
