Notice of Variation of Off-Street Parking Charges
NOTICE is hereby given that Winchester City Council in exercise of its powers under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with Regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 has approved the following changes to its charges for off street car parks controlled by the Council. These variations will come into effect on 5th October 2020.
