THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON
(BURGESS ROAD) CYCLE TRACKS ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL made the above Order on 6th May 2020. The effects of the Order are:
1. To convert the entire length of Burgess Road Footpath into a
shared-use cycle track
Copies of the Order and relevant map may be inspected during normal working hours at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or emailed to you on request. Further information may also be obtained from the Southampton Highways Partnership (Traffic Management) on 023 8079 8021.
This Order will not come into force until it is confirmed.
Any person wishing to object to the Order must write to the Highways Legal Team at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or email Traffic.Orders.Legal@southampton.gov.uk quoting the Reference Number ENV-035800, Order Title you are objecting to and stating the grounds for objection, within 28 days of the date of this Notice
(i.e. by 5th June 2020).
If no objections are received this Order will be confirmed by the Council as an unopposed Order.
