I, Lee William Davles, hereby give notice that I have applied on 29 July 2019 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Vodka Bar & Nightclub, Upper Brook Street, Winchester, S023 8AL. The application Is for Sale of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment, Late Night Refreshment and changes to Opening Hours Details: Extend the licensable hours and opening hours as follows: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 0300; Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 0330; Sunday 1000 to 0300. Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Wednesday 2300 to 0300; Thursday to Saturday 2300 to 0330; Sunday 2300 to 0300. Opening Hours: Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 0300; Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 0330; Sunday 1000 to 0300. To extend the licensable hours and opening hours for the period of 14tti September to 6th October Inclusive each year for Freshers events: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 0330; Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 0400; Sunday 1000 to 0300. Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Wednesday 2300 to 0330; Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 0400; Sunday 1000 to 0300. Opening Hours: Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 0330; Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 0400; Sunday 1000 to 0300. To amend condition CD1 on the Premises Licence to read as follows: 'No new patrons shall be admitted to the premises after 0230 Sunday to Wednesday and after 0300 Thursday to Saturday. To add the following condition to the Premises Licence: 'The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the external courtyard Is closed to customers no later than 0245 each day.' Date 29/07/2019
Any person who wishes to submit representations In connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9U, to arrive by 26 August 2019; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
