RAWLINGS Victor Frederick "Pops" Victor Frederick Rawlings 01/07/1936 - 13/01/2022 Victor was born in Crewkerne, Somerset in 1936 and passed away peacefully aged 85 in New Quay, West Wales where he had lived for the last 32 years. Living a full and interesting life, from being a farrier in the Household Cavalry, Farmer and wheeler dealer. "Pops" as known affectionately by those closest to him, had many interesting tales to tell from throughout his long-life, on his travels from Crewkerne to West Wales. His was a larger than life character with a West Country accent, distinguished facial hair and infectious chuckle which meant he will never be forgotten, even by those who knew him briefly. Victor was happily married to Janet Rawlings until her death in 2004. He is survived by his two children, Jamie and Joanne, five grandchildren Daniel, Leon, Matthew, Sam and Jessica and five great grandchildren Elsa, Archer, Alfred, Sebastian and Emrys.
