SHAWYER David Hugh Victor It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Uncle who died peacefully at Royal Hampshire County Hospital with his family by his side, on Saturday 18th December 2021, aged 90 years. He was a true legend in Winchester, known and loved by many and will be sadly missed. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will take place and a larger memorial service will be held later in the year. Family flowers only please. Fantastic memories growing up , Sunday afternoon tea, at my parents he bought my first 45 record as a bribe to go to the dentist. Holidays in scotland laughing at his pronunciation of the towns we passed. Playing cribbage with his dad, to his mum baking my wedding cake.
