MOREAU William 'Lionel' Pops 28.04.1937 - 16.07.2021 So loved by so many. A service to celebrate his life will take place at 1:15pm on Thursday 5th August at Basingstoke Crematorium. Bright colours to be worn please, donations if desired to Parkinson's UK, these can be made online at www.lionel-moreau.muchloved.com. Lionel will be leaving from the top of The Dean at 12pm, progressing up to the top of Broad Street. Remembering with fondness, our amazing neighbour of over 18 years. It was after a daily chat with Lionel that we found out that the house we moved in to was about to come on to the market so he helped in a big way for us to find our next family home. Rip Lionel
