Gerald Charles Edward Bailey

BAILEY Gerald Charles Edward Peacefully on 19th July 2020 aged 83. A well loved and respected member of the community, known for his good humour, skill and professionalism as a dentist for many years, as a kind friend to many and loved by his family and all those around him. Due to the current circumstances a private funeral will take place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.

I am saddened to learn of this and send condolences to Alister, Mary Ann and family. Gerry and my mom were pen pals since 4th grade and Gerry was like extended family my whole life. My recent letter to him with sad news of my parents passing Dec 2020 and Feb 2021 was too late, but I’m sure they all are together in heaven.

Very sorry to hear the sad news that Gerry has passed away. I managed his dental practice for 8 years before his retirement. He was lovely to work for and a very kind person. We kept in touch for many years and I always enjoyed receiving his Christmas cards full of his travels each year.
Sending my condolences to all his family.

Very sorry to hear the sad news of Gerry's death. He was a valued member of the U3A Winchester Photographic Group in the past. May I offer the condolences of the group particularly those who knew him John Gardner, Kate Davis, Colin Chase, Tony Westlake to name a few. I used to enjoy sharing tales with him of trips Down Under when my son was in Sydney & I believe Gerry's in Melbourne. Sincere condolences to all the family, Mary Pittam
