EGAN Dr Bridget It is with great sadness that the family of Dr Bridget Egan announce that she died on May 20th 2020. A private memorial service will be held on June 19th 2020. Bridget spent more than 30 years teaching at the University of Winchester, formerly King Alfred's College, and has been part of the educational journey of many teachers and researchers in Hampshire and beyond. She additionally contributed to the Winchester community through her circle dance classes and volunteer work for Oxfam. Bridget is survived and missed by her partner Joyce Goodman, her children Timothy and Elizabeth St Clair, and her grandsons Connor, Dylan, and Eliot. In lieu of flowers or cards, her family request donations to charities important in her life: Oxfam and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
