BAXTER Neil Passed away peacefully on 19th November in St Catherine's View, Winchester. Survived by his three children and four grandchildren. Ex Local Councillor and Mayor of Winchester, he worked tirelessly for the benefit of his constituents. Funeral service at St John the Baptist Church, Itchen Abbas on Wednesday 18th December at 12.30pm followed by burial. All friends welcome. Family flowers only.
